FAQ
-
Why would we use Tag Calibrations when a mobile service is more convenient? While a mobile service may seem convenient, calibrations require a large, level area free from interference like other vehicles, equipment, and clutter. Improper lighting can also interfere with calibration. Without this environment, there is a chance of miscalibration or inaccurate calibration. This means comebacks. Our facilities are designed specifically for calibrating vehicles. With a constant cleaning process, there is a controlled environment for vehicles to be calibrated properly.
-
Will calibrating the vehicle off site cause long delays? No. Typically, Tag Calibrations can complete calibrations the same day as the appointment. While we strive to get vehicles back to you as quickly as possible, there can be unforeseen issues like software issues or damaged components, but these are few and far between.
